Description
You’ll be guided along the East Coast of Curaçao for a SNUBA adventure — you stay closer to the surface than in scuba diving, but get more immersion than snorkeling. The shallow dive lets you explore the underwater environment, see fish, coral, maybe eels or other marine life, under guidance. They provide instruction and support so even if it’s your first time breathing underwater, you’ll be taken care of. The experience includes the sense of being underwater with breathing gear but without carrying a tank on your back.

Traveler Tips
- Bring swimwear, towel, and maybe a change of clothes: Even though restrooms are provided, you’ll be getting wet.
- Sun protection: Reef safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses—especially while waiting/paddling before/after the SNUBA portion.
- Motion sickness: If you are prone to seasickness or feeling unsteady in water, consider medicine or other preventive measures ahead of time. Even though SNUBA is less intense than scuba, being in water and moving surfaces still matter.
- Water shoes: The entry may involve walking on rocky surfaces (some reviews mention rocks at water entry) so shoes that grip are useful.
